Job Summary
Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide telehealth behavioral health services to clients throughout Kentucky. Responsibilities include: conducting remote assessments and ongoing counseling, creating care plans to support clients’ mental health goals, addressing stress, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, trauma recovery, documenting session notes, protecting client privacy, and responding to risk or crisis situations. Must have a Master’s degree in Social Work and an active Kentucky LCSW license, with experience delivering therapy via secure telehealth and strong documentation skills. The role is fully remote within Kentucky, with a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday–Friday schedule and full benefits. The position requires reliable internet and a private workspace for client sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
- Comfortable working with clients through video-based care
- Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA and ethical telehealth practices
