Job Summary
Remote LCSW to provide individual therapy for Florida clients via secure telehealth; conduct biopsychosocial assessments; develop treatment plans; maintain timely progress notes and clinical documentation; support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions; adhere to HIPAA and professional ethics; collaborate on case discussions as needed; Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; full-time remote role with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida
- Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
- Strong written documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote environment
- Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in mental health care
