Job Summary
Provide virtual mental health support to individuals via telehealth. Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations, deliver individual therapy, develop and update treatment plans, maintain clinical documentation, monitor client progress, and coordinate with other providers as needed in a fully remote Indiana-based telehealth setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active Indiana LCSW license in good standing
- Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in a remote clinical environment
- Proficiency with telehealth systems and electronic health records
