Job Summary
Remote LCSW providing telehealth therapy to clients across North Carolina. Conduct virtual therapy sessions, perform assessments, build individualized treatment plans, document progress, and ensure privacy and professional standards. Treat mood disorders, trauma, burnout, grief, and related concerns with evidence-based methods; maintain full-time remote schedule (Mon–Fri, 9:00–5:00). Requires a Master’s in Social Work and an active NC LCSW license. Salary $115,000–$120,000 per year plus 2 weeks PTO and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina
- Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
- Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in clinical care
