Job Summary
Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients to assess mental health concerns, build coping strategies, and create individualized care plans. Provide crisis support and appropriate referrals when necessary while documenting sessions, treatment updates, and client progress. Adhere to HIPAA, ethical, and clinical practice guidelines throughout remote telehealth delivery. Requires an active Utah LCSW license, Master's degree, and clinical experience. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with 2 weeks PTO, health insurance, and 401K match.
Required Qualifications
- Active Utah LCSW license
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
- Strong documentation and telehealth communication skills
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
- Comfortable using electronic health records and virtual care platforms
