Job Summary
Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms while providing virtual mental health care to clients navigating emotional and behavioral challenges. Perform psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress to adjust care strategies as needed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support clients in building coping skills and improving daily functioning. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a remote Pennsylvania setting for an LCSW with an active license and MSW.
Required Qualifications
- Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Experience providing clinical therapy services
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
