Job Summary
Remote LCSW providing telehealth therapy to Indiana clients. Deliver individual therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant telehealth, perform intake assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation, ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards, and manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting. Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work and an active Indiana LCSW license, with experience in clinical therapy, telehealth platforms, and electronic health records.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Indiana
- Previous clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote work environment
- Must maintain professional licensure and follow Indiana clinical practice requirements
