Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) needed for a full-time telehealth role serving clients across Texas. Deliver therapy to Texas-based clients via a secure virtual platform from a remote setting, focusing on clinical care, client progress, and quality documentation. Responsibilities include conducting virtual therapy, reviewing client history and symptoms, establishing and revising treatment goals, addressing mood concerns, trauma, stress, grief, relationship changes, and life transitions; preparing clinical notes; using professional judgment for risk assessment and referrals; maintaining HIPAA/privacy compliance; engaging clients with clear communication; collaborating with the care team as needed. Requires Texas licensure, MSW from a CSWE-accredited program, prior therapy experience, comfort with secure video sessions, strong documentation and treatment planning skills, and ability to manage a full-time caseload. Benefits include $115,000–$120,000 per year, full benefits, 2 weeks PTO, health insurance, 401K with 3% match, remote work setting, and a Monday–Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Texas
- Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
- Prior experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
- Comfortable delivering care through secure video sessions
- Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
- Knowledge of HIPAA, mandated reporting, risk assessment, and ethical clinical practice
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
