Job Summary
Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides virtual therapy to clients in North Carolina, conducting remote therapy sessions, completing clinical intakes, reviewing client history, and writing treatment plans. Responsibilities include assessing mental health symptoms, updating progress notes in the EHR, delivering therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and family issues, and maintaining professional communication with clients and care teams. Requires MSW and NC LCSW licensure, telehealth experience, and the ability to manage a full-time remote caseload; offers full-time remote schedule (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina
- Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
- Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in clinical care
