Job Summary
Provide remote telehealth psychotherapy services to Florida clients as a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Conduct intake interviews, identify client needs and goals, create and update individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy via secure virtual sessions. Maintain thorough documentation and notes, uphold privacy and ethics standards, and connect clients with additional resources when needed. Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and an active Florida LCSW license, with experience in therapy and comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records. The role offers remote work in a Monday–Friday schedule with full benefits in a Telehealth setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted Florida LCSW license
- Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
- Strong written documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote environment
- Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in mental health care
- Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches is preferred
