Job Summary
Provide full-time remote counseling services via telehealth. Conduct virtual intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions, identify client needs, and create clear treatment goals. Deliver counseling for emotional, social, and behavioral concerns; keep detailed progress notes and maintain clinical records. Review treatment progress and update plans as needed; communicate with care teams or referral sources when appropriate; follow all legal, ethical, and professional practice standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active LCSW license in good standing
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services
- Strong documentation and case management skills
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
