Job Summary
Remote full-time LCSW providing teletherapy to Texas clients via secure video. Responsibilities include scheduling teletherapy sessions, assessing clinical history and risk, creating individualized treatment plans with goals and interventions, tracking progress and updating care plans, maintaining detailed records, responding to safety concerns or mandated reporting, helping clients develop coping and problem-solving skills, and upholding confidentiality and licensing standards for remote care.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Texas
- Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
- Prior experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
- Comfortable delivering care through secure video sessions
- Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
- Knowledge of HIPAA, mandated reporting, risk assessment, and ethical clinical practice
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
