Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing telehealth therapy in Indiana. Responsibilities include meeting with clients via remote sessions, conducting clinical assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, documenting progress notes, and following through with care updates. Maintain a full-time telehealth caseload, support clients through grief, trauma-related concerns, adjustment challenges, and mood symptoms, and ensure clear writing and a private home workspace for virtual sessions. Requires Indiana LCSW license in good standing and a Master of Social Work degree; typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; offering a full benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Active Indiana LCSW license in good standing
- Master of Social Work degree from an accredited program
- Clinical experience providing therapy, behavioral health support, or outpatient mental health services
