Florida-licensed clinical social worker for remote telehealth therapy in Florida. Responsibilities include conducting virtual sessions, intake evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, providing therapy for anxiety/depression/trauma/stress, maintaining progress notes, tracking client response, offering psychoeducation and coping tools, ensuring privacy and documentation compliance, and referring clients to additional care as needed. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida
- Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
- Strong written documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote environment
- Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in mental health care
- Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches is preferred
