Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with various mental health issues while conducting assessments and developing treatment plans. Serve as the sole LCSW for this location, working with a diverse population of clients and children 12 and older. Maintain a Monday-Friday schedule with extended hours on Wednesdays, utilizing a hybrid model of three remote and two in-office days. Join our brand new clinic in a supportive, collegial environment.
Required Qualifications
- Full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- A valid LCSW license in the state of Ohio
- At least 2 years of experience working with a diverse population of clients and children 12+
- Strong clinical skills and judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Monday-Friday 8-5pm, Wednesday 10-7pm
- 3 days remote and 2 days office
