Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings for residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Works as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver psychotherapy, assess resident needs, develop and follow treatment plans, document plans and therapy sessions within 48 hours, and maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality. Requires knowledge of DSM, diverse psychotherapy techniques, and regulatory/ethical standards; strong communication and collaboration with facility staff and supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, and a current license to practice in the state in which you will practice
