Job Summary
Licensed therapists are sought to deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare in the Princeton Junction area with telemedicine and in-person flexibility. The role supports adults and child/adolescent populations, offers a sign-on bonus, a compensation model based on productivity, full benefits (health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, parental leave, holidays, EAP), and 36+ hours per week. Newly designed offices, strong work/life balance, digital tools, and comprehensive administrative support are provided. Candidate must hold an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in New Jersey and be comfortable treating children and adolescents.
