Job Summary
Conduct outpatient psychotherapy for adults and couples using evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Family Systems Therapy within a collaborative integrative mental health team. Perform clinical assessments and deliver trauma-informed care while managing caseloads that prioritize couples work without it comprising the majority of duties. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document sessions and maintain strong diagnostic skills. Maintain an active New Jersey LCSW license in good standing while working independently on a hybrid schedule. Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing
- Ability to work independently on a hybrid schedule in our Matawan, NJ office
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
- Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills
- Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Previous work within integrative mental health teams
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient psychotherapy experience
- Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to adults
- Experience providing couples counseling
- Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Systems Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness-Based Interventions
