Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Provide emotional support, grief counseling, and therapeutic interventions to patients and families facing stress, trauma, or diagnosis adjustment. Connect clients with financial, legal, housing, and social services while ensuring patient rights are respected and assisting with decision-making. Work in a behavioral health and primary care setting with a 1/8 call schedule for phone calls only, no in-person contact required. The role offers a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position with a flexible 4x10 day shift structure.
