Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will assess patients' mental health concerns, create treatment plans, and provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families. The role involves conducting crisis interventions, maintaining patient records via Electronic Health Record, and referring patients to other mental health providers.
Required Qualifications
- A master's degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited program
- Active and valid LCSW or LPC license in the state of employment
- At least 2 years clinical experience
- BLS required or attained within 1 month of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with children/adolescents preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
