Job Summary
Conduct initial assessments, psychotherapy, and ongoing support for patients ages 16 and above to address mental health, emotional, social, and physiological needs. Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and therapists. Maintain a consistent 8-5 M-F schedule with a full-time commitment. Requires Texas licensure, two years of clinical experience, EMR proficiency, and strong communication skills. Bi-lingual ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fully licensed in the state of Texas
- Prior experience in providing clinical therapy to patients, psychiatry, working knowledge of, and treatment
- At least 2 years of experience in the clinical settings
- Must be able to maintain a consistent and dependable work schedule (8-5 M-F)
- Must have experience working with patients ages 16 and up and with their families as needed
- Must be an effective communicator, able to easily build and maintain relationships with patients
- Must have a working knowledge of EMR/EHR, highly organized, and an ability to problem-solve
