Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Intensive Outpatient Psych Program - PRN

Provide quality patient care through group, individual, and family therapy techniques. Maintain appropriate documentation and case management functions including treatment planning, discharge planning, and assisting patients with community resources. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to assist patients in achieving maximum treatment benefit. Hold a current valid state license and a minimum of a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling. One year of clinical experience in a behavioral setting is strongly preferred. This role supports the Intensive Outpatient Psych Program.
