Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide individual psychotherapy services and deliver or become proficient in EMDR therapy for appropriate cases. Collaborate with psychiatric providers regarding patient care and participate in treatment planning and clinical consultations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within 24 hours of patient encounters while ensuring compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a multidisciplinary outpatient behavioral health practice in DeBary, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida LMHC or LCSW License
- Minimum of One Year of Counseling and Psychotherapy Experience
- Strong Documentation and Clinical Assessment Skills
- Ability to Collaborate Within a Multidisciplinary Team
- Comfortable Utilizing Electronic Medical Records (Valant EMR)
- Monday through Friday Schedule
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- EMDR Training and/or Certification
- Willingness to Complete EMDR Training if Not Currently Certified
