Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Conduct intake assessments and complete daily clinical evaluations to determine program appropriateness. Lead three to four one-hour group therapy sessions using structured, evidence-based curricula while facilitating discussions within established clinical guardrails. Provide individual support including crisis intervention, resource referrals, and coordination with care navigators and prescribers. Monitor member progress, document outcomes, and engage in local community outreach to promote the organization's mission. Requires an active NY LCSW license, minimum two years leading groups in a SUD setting, and high comfort with EMR and telehealth technology. Schedule Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
