Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LISW) needed to provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings for adults in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Responsibilities include assessing residents, developing and following treatment plans, documenting psychotherapy sessions and updates, coordinating with facility staff and primary care providers, ensuring compliance with policies and HIPAA, and maintaining professional standards within a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work
- current license to practice in the state (LCSW or LISW)
- experience with psychotherapy techniques and assessment techniques
- knowledge of DSM
- HIPAA familiarity
- ability to work within healthcare regulations
- ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality
- ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
