Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Licensed Clinical Social Worker role focusing on launching or expanding a private practice through Headway’s platform. Responsible for credentialing to accept in-network insurance, staying compliant with licensing and practice standards, managing billing and admin tasks via built-in EHR and scheduling tools, and leveraging Headway’s resources (CEUs, audits, and payer networks) to increase client access and secure higher reimbursement rates. Must be fully licensed at Master’s level or above and maintain licensure across applicable states, with a valid NPI and malpractice coverage. The platform supports credentialing, payments, and client management to enable providers to focus on delivering life-changing mental health care.
