Required Qualifications
- Fully-licensed Clinical Social Worker with LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW licensure (state-dependent)
- Master’s level or higher
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Willingness to launch or expand a private practice and take insurance
- Ability to credential across multiple states
- In-network with major plans (Medicare Advantage and Medicaid)
- Capacity to work with Headway platform including EHR features
- Commitment to compliant practice management and ongoing CEUs
