Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, intakes, individual and group psychotherapy, and care coordination for participants in the Personalized Recovery Oriented Services program. Provide clinical supervision to PROS staff to ensure regulatory compliance and effective program oversight while serving as a liaison to community providers. Deliver psychiatric rehabilitation services to adults with serious mental illness, managing crisis situations and maintaining professional relationships with families, colleagues, and stakeholders. Requires current New York State LCSW licensure, valid driver's license, and a minimum of one year of experience in this population. Based in Riverhead, this role supports Catholic Health's people-first approach within an interdisciplinary treatment team.
