Job Summary
Conduct mental health assessments, clinical evaluations, and crisis interventions while developing individualized treatment plans. Provide individual and group counseling services for clients with serious mental illness, trauma, and substance-use concerns. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, and participate in treatment-team meetings to support continuity of care and discharge planning. Adhere to all facility safety protocols and confidentiality requirements. Requires active California LCSW license, recent clinical experience, and BLS certification. Full-time contract assignment with weekly pay between $2,800 and $3,400 in Crescent City, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted California LCSW license
- Recent clinical social work experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong assessment, documentation, and crisis-intervention skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to complete required background and facility clearances
