Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Psychologist role providing biopsychosocial assessments, DSM-5 diagnoses, and individual (and group when appropriate) psychotherapy to adults with mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and adjustment disorders. Develop collaborative, evidence-based treatment plans using CBT, DBT-informed approaches, ACT, and related modalities; monitor outcomes and adjust care. Hybrid care model includes in-person sessions and secure telehealth with robust use of EHRs. Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care, social workers, and care coordinators; participate in case consultations and clinical meetings; ensure timely, thorough documentation and adherence to professional ethics. Opportunities to provide feedback on digital tools and workflows supporting digitally enabled mental health services. Role emphasizes independent clinical decision-making, strong therapeutic alliances, outpatient/telehealth experience, and ongoing professional development in a tech-enabled care setting. Required Qualifications
- Licensed psychologist
- Active state license as a Clinical Psychologist
- Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD, PsyD) or equivalent professional degree
- Experience delivering evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, ACT)
- Proficiency with telehealth and EHR systems
- Ability to perform biopsychosocial assessments and DSM-5 diagnoses
- Strong collaboration within interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
- Experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
- Excellent documentation and risk management skills
