Job Summary
Remote Licensed Clinical Psychologist to launch or grow a private practice via Headway platform; credentialing across multiple states, starting within ~30 days, and accepting insurance with high in-network reimbursement. Responsibilities include obtaining licensure credentialing, remaining compliant with ongoing resources, working with Headway’s built-in EHR, scheduling, secure client messaging, and end-to-end documentation templates; manage payments (bi-weekly), and pursue CEUs through Headway Academy. Must be fully licensed (PSY/PSYP/PsyD), possess an active NPI number and malpractice insurance; ability to start or expand private practice and move clients onto insurance networks (Medicare Advantage/Medicaid supported).
Required Qualifications
