Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Psychologist (HSP) leading autism diagnostic assessment in Nashville, with a clear track to Associate Director. Lead and supervise a team in comprehensive autism and differential evaluations for ages 1–21 using ADOS-2, ADI-R, and MIGDAS-2, while developing assessment protocols, overseeing clinical quality, and building relationships with local pediatricians and school districts. Role includes supervision of residents and PAs, sign-off on psychological products, and readiness to assume Nashville office leadership with milestones toward the Associate Director position. Start date May 2026; on-site in Nashville with flexible scheduling and caseload management. Compensation $115,000–$140,000+, sign-on bonus, and full reimbursement for TN licensure and CEUs.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
- Active license as a Psychologist in Tennessee with Health Service Provider (HSP) designation (or highly eligible for reciprocity by May)
- 3+ years of experience in pediatric assessment
- Ability to start on-site in Nashville by May 2026
- Leadership experience or potential for transition to Associate Director role
- Experience supervising Psychological Residents (post-docs) and Certified Psychological Assistants/Technicians per Tennessee Rule 1180-02
