Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Lombard, IL for LifeStance Health — full-time therapy-only role within outpatient behavioral health. Provide therapy to adults and child/adolescent populations in a modern clinic with administrative support and telemedicine options. W2 with a productivity-based compensation model, full benefits (health, dental, vision, life, 401k with 4% match), signing bonus, and dedicated schedulers and billers. Requires full licensure in Illinois (Ph.D. or Psy.D. eligible) and ability to deliver full-time therapy; 100% therapy focus with evidence-based, clinically excellence-driven care in-person and via digital health tools.
