Job Summary
Program Supervisor for PAIGE/RISE Transition Age Youth Full Service Partnership; oversees the daily operations of direct service programs and manages administrative, fiscal, and quality improvement functions to support direct care staff and clients. Works with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure contract compliance and funder reporting, supervises staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluation, implements the service delivery model in alignment with BACS mission, and delivers consumer-centered, needs-driven, strength-based services. Responsible for referrals/intakes/discharges, records management and charting, and driving Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives. Requires collaboration with funding streams, effective communication, and ongoing staff development; candidate must hold active LCSW/LMFT/LPCC registration and have leadership experience in a community mental health/crisis setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active BBS registration LCSW/LMFT or LPCC in good standing
- At least 1 year of experience supervising staff
- Two plus years' experience providing therapeutic intervention in a community mental health or crisis setting
- Valid California driver’s license, personal vehicle, and proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage; clean driving record and DMV printout
