Job Summary
Oversee a community-based Full Service Partnership team delivering therapy, case management, medication management, and housing linkage to individuals with severe mental illness. Implement consumer-centered, strengths-based services by meeting clients directly, managing referrals and discharges, and ensuring accessibility. Provide clinical supervision to staff and interns, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, while challenging the status quo to drive continuous quality improvement. Ensure full compliance with funders through rigorous documentation, grant management, and reporting for government-contracted Medi-Cal/Cal AIM programs. Maintain fiscal responsibility for revenue and expenses while leading a multidisciplinary team toward client stabilization and permanent housing outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- 2 years post licensure
- BBS registration in good standing
- 2 years' experience post-licensure in a behavioral science field
- 3 years of progressive administrative, direct service, and leadership skills and experience in community mental health, crisis or community supports
- At least one year managing a behavioral/mental health team
- Revenue and expense responsibility for government contract funded mental health services
- Demonstrated capacity to lead diverse and multi-disciplinary teams toward a common goal
- Knowledge of county/city mental health funding, CalAIM, Medi-Cal billing criteria and documentation requirements
- Valid California driver's license
