Job Summary
Provide virtual, evidence-based therapy to diverse adult clients in a remote-first role. Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, deliver individual telehealth sessions, and document in our EHR. Collaborate with psychiatrists and care teams, perform risk assessments, and uphold HIPAA and ethical standards while contributing to expanding access to high-quality, insurance-covered mental healthcare with flexibility and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in Illinois or equivalent
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field
- Eligible for LCPC licensure in Illinois
- Experience delivering individual telehealth therapy
- Knowledge of HIPAA and ethics
