Job Summary
Provide virtual, evidence-based therapy to diverse adult clients in a remote-first counseling role. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver individual telehealth sessions, and document in our EHR. Collaborate with psychiatrists and care teams, perform risk assessments, and uphold HIPAA and ethical standards. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in Oklahoma
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field (e.g., MS in Counseling, MA in Counseling)
- Eligibility to provide telehealth services
- Knowledge of HIPAA and ethical standards for mental healthcare
- Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to adults
- Proficiency with EHR documentation
- Ability to collaborate with psychiatrists and care teams
