Job Summary
Provide virtual, evidence-based therapy to diverse adult clients in a remote-first setting. Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, deliver individual telehealth sessions, and document in the EHR. Collaborate with psychiatrists and care teams, perform risk assessments, and uphold HIPAA and ethical standards to expand access to high-quality, insured mental health care.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
- Current licensure as LCPC/LPC in Wisconsin or eligible for licensure
- Experience providing telehealth/virtual therapy
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual sessions
- HIPAA compliance and ethical practice
- Experience documenting in an EHR
- Collaboration with psychiatrists and care teams
- Ability to perform risk assessments
- Insurance-covered mental healthcare knowledge
