Job Summary
Remote Licensed Therapist (LCPC) delivering outpatient mental health care via telehealth. Provide clinically sound assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy to a diverse patient population across the lifespan. Work Monday–Friday with no weekend shifts, using telehealth tools and secure platforms. Must hold a master’s degree with licensure and have unrestricted US work authorization. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Responsibilities include diagnosing mental health or substance use conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, leveraging technology for virtual sessions, collaborating with clients to achieve goals, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant patient privacy. Compensation includes a base salary in the 69k–76k range with potential total earnings up to 100k for top performers, plus benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree and licensure as a mental health provider (e.g., LCPC)
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship currently or in the future
- Ability to work from home in a private space compliant with HIPAA
