Job Summary
Remote Montana LCPC position provides telehealth therapy to clients in Montana with a Monday–Friday schedule. Responsibilities include conducting scheduled telehealth counseling sessions for individuals, reviewing presenting concerns and client history, preparing and updating clinical treatment plans, applying counseling interventions suited to client needs, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma-related symptoms, grief, family concerns, and major life changes, completing notes and documentation, maintaining accurate records, and following safety protocols for self-harm or crisis-related concerns. Requires active Montana LCPC license, master’s degree in a related field, and experience in outpatient/telehealth settings. The role offers $115,000–$120,000 annual salary, full benefits, PTO, health insurance, 401K with company match, and a full-time remote work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Active Montana LCPC license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Experience providing individual therapy in an outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth setting
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and secure online communication tools
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
- Knowledge of HIPAA, client confidentiality, and telehealth best practices
