Job Summary
Deliver individual therapy through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform; conduct intake evaluations and identify client needs at the start of care; write treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical symptoms; provide ongoing counseling for mental health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma-related concerns); review client progress and update treatment goals; maintain session notes and clinical records; communicate professionally with clients and internal team members; follow ethical, legal, and clinical standards for telehealth counseling; identify when crisis support or higher levels of care may be needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active Montana LCPC license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Experience providing individual therapy in an outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth setting
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and secure online communication tools
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
- Knowledge of HIPAA, client confidentiality, and telehealth best practices
