Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) remote Telehealth role in Maryland. Provide remote individual therapy and counseling to clients across Maryland using a secure telehealth platform; develop treatment plans, conduct clinical assessments, and monitor safety while adhering to HIPAA and state regulations. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapy (CBT, solution-focused, mindfulness-based approaches), maintaining accurate documentation in the EHR, collaborating with internal clinical staff, and managing a full-time caseload in a private, distraction-free remote workspace. Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field and an active Maryland LCPC license; experience with adults, families, couples, or diverse populations; strong clinical documentation, assessment, and treatment planning skills; knowledge of HIPAA and ethics; and reliable internet connectivity for telehealth.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Active Maryland LCPC license in good standing
- Previous experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or diverse client populations
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong documentation, assessment, and treatment planning skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA, clinical ethics, and state counseling regulations
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
