Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide telehealth therapy to clients in Montana from a secure virtual setting. Responsibilities include conducting virtual therapy, completing biopsychosocial assessments, creating measurable treatment goals, delivering counseling using clinically appropriate methods, strengthening coping and interpersonal skills, documenting sessions and decisions, recognizing risk and escalating as needed, and referring clients to additional services when appropriate. Requires active Montana LCPC license, Master’s degree in a relevant field, and experience delivering individual therapy in outpatient/telehealth settings; proficient with telehealth platforms and HIPAA-compliant practices. Remote, full-time role with Monday–Friday schedule and competitive salary.
Required Qualifications
- Active Montana LCPC license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or closely related field
- Experience providing individual therapy in an outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth setting
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and secure online communication tools
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
- Knowledge of HIPAA, client confidentiality, and telehealth best practices
