Job Summary
Montana LCPC needed for a full-time remote therapy role serving Montana clients. Responsibilities include conducting video-based counseling sessions with adults, assessing mental health concerns, developing treatment plans, tracking progress, maintaining compliant clinical records, and identifying safety concerns. Requires an active Montana LCPC license, Master’s degree, and experience delivering individual therapy in outpatient/telehealth settings. Proficiency with telehealth platforms, EHRs, HIPAA knowledge, and the ability to manage a full caseload within a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule are required. Salary range $115,000–$120,000 with full benefits including PTO, health insurance, 401K match, and a stable remote work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Montana LCPC license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Experience providing individual therapy in an outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth setting
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and secure online communication tools
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
- Knowledge of HIPAA, client confidentiality, and telehealth best practices
