Job Summary
Remote Montana-based LCPC responsible for providing individual counseling via telehealth, completing intake assessments, developing treatment plans, applying CBT/DBT-informed or solution-focused therapies, maintaining accurate progress notes and required documentation, monitoring client safety with proper crisis protocols, coordinating with internal clinical staff for referrals, and adhering to HIPAA and telehealth best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Active Montana LCPC license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Experience providing individual therapy in an outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth setting
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and secure online communication tools
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
- Knowledge of HIPAA, client confidentiality, and telehealth best practices
