Job Summary
Provide remote counseling to Maryland-based clients via telehealth, conducting scheduled virtual therapy sessions, developing individualized care plans with measurable goals, and maintaining timely documentation and treatment updates. Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA, stay current with Maryland counseling laws and telehealth expectations, collaborate with care team, and deliver clinically appropriate interventions to adults, families, and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, stress, burnout, or major life changes.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Active Maryland LCPC license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or diverse client populations
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong documentation, assessment, and treatment planning skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA, clinical ethics, and state counseling regulations
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
