Job Summary
Provide one-on-one telehealth counseling to Maryland clients in a fully remote capacity, delivering structured mental health services. Develop individualized treatment plans, conduct intake assessments, apply evidence-based counseling techniques, and help clients develop coping tools and healthier decision-making strategies. Maintain thorough documentation, monitor risk and client functioning, coordinate referrals when clinically indicated, and uphold ethical boundaries and client privacy in a telehealth environment. Must hold a Maryland LCPC license and a Master’s degree in a related field, with strong documentation, assessment, and treatment-planning skills and the ability to manage a full-time caseload.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
- Active Maryland LCPC license in good standing
- Previous experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or diverse client populations
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong documentation, assessment, and treatment planning skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA, clinical ethics, and state counseling regulations
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
