Job Summary
Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to residents of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with individual needs; develop individualized supports/care coordination and treatment plans; offer crisis prevention and daily living skills restoration; deliver services to individual or groups; train staff on triggers, de-escalation, and treatment plan implementation; maintain open communication with facility staff and administration; ensure compliance with Eventus WholeHealth standards and HIPAA regulations; require master’s-level licensure as a counselor or marriage-and-family-therapist and license eligibility in the practicing state.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling or marriage and family therapy
- Licensure eligibility in the practicing state
- Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LP/LPC or LMFT) preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral health practice and regulatory/ethical standards
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams
