Job Summary
Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist role at Eventus WholeHealth providing recovery-oriented support and case management to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Work with a licensed clinician to develop individualized treatment plans, deliver interventions, link residents to services, train facility staff on client triggers and de-escalation techniques, and maintain open communication with facility teams. Opportunities may exist for a future transition to providing counseling services. Requires a Master’s degree in counseling or marriage and family therapy and eligibility for licensure; comply with HIPAA and regulatory standards; strong skills in data gathering, quality improvement, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Eligibility for licensure in the state where practicing
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensure eligibility
- Knowledge of behavioral health practice and HIPAA rules
- Experience in clinical collaboration, treatment planning, and case management
