Job Summary
Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist role within Eventus WholeHealth to provide recovery-oriented behavioral health services in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Responsibilities include delivering Therapeutic Behavioral Services, developing individualized care plans and treatment options, coordinating care, delivering interventions to individuals or groups, training staff on client triggers and de-escalation, and maintaining open communication with facility staff while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory standards. Requires a Master’s degree in counseling or marriage and family therapy and current license eligibility; opportunity for future transition to counseling services. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling or marriage and family therapy; eligibility for a license to practice in the state in which you will practice
- Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensure required
